Remote Service is only possible after needed check of legal conditions and the technical possibility of remote access Optional costs for hard- or software for remote access will be charged separately. Regarding the liability please read the Siemens T&C. Customer has to ensure the appropriate conditions for remote access and needs to follow the instructions of Siemens service technician.
